These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LA BESONTO website and your submission of order requests for printer supplies and office consumables. By accessing the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Store Purpose
LA BESONTO is an online retailer offering printer supplies and office consumables, including paper, ink and toner cartridges, printer and shipping labels, thermal media, ribbons, laminating supplies, and basic printer-maintenance products.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. By submitting an order request, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are acting with the authority of the person or business for whom the request is submitted.
3. Product Information
We aim to provide clear and accurate product names, descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and other details. Product images are illustrative and may show packaging, color, size, or presentation differently from the item ultimately supplied when manufacturers update packaging or product presentation without materially changing the product.
If a product detail is important to your purchase, contact us before payment so it can be confirmed.
4. Printer and Product Compatibility
Compatibility depends on the exact printer, model number, region, firmware, media size, or other equipment specifications. Product-category descriptions and general compatibility guidance are not a substitute for checking the exact printer or device model.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate model information when requesting compatibility assistance. If you are unsure, contact us before payment and provide the complete manufacturer and model number.
5. Third-Party Brand Names and Trademarks
Manufacturer names, printer names, model numbers, and trademarks may be used solely to identify compatibility or describe products. Unless expressly stated, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between LA BESONTO and the referenced manufacturer or trademark owner.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update prices at any time before an order is accepted and paid. If a website price contains an obvious typographical, technical, or data-entry error, we may correct the error before accepting payment and will inform the customer of the corrected amount.
7. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to confirmation. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that inventory is available at the moment an order request is submitted. We review availability before sending final payment instructions.
8. Order Request Process
The normal order process is:
- select products and quantities;
- add them to the cart;
- submit customer and delivery information through the Order Request page;
- LA BESONTO reviews availability, shipping details, and the final order total;
- we contact the customer with confirmation and payment instructions;
- after payment is confirmed, the order is prepared for shipment.
An automated website confirmation only confirms that we received your request. It is not a guarantee that every requested product is available and is not final acceptance of the transaction.
9. Payment
No payment is intended to be collected through the public Order Request text fields. Do not submit full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, or similar sensitive credentials through general forms.
Payment instructions are provided after the order request is reviewed. The payment method offered may depend on operational availability, order details, fraud-prevention requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
10. Taxes
Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be included or added as required by law. The final confirmed amount provided before payment will control if it differs from a preliminary website subtotal because of taxes, shipping, or approved order changes.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping is not represented as automatically free unless explicitly stated for a specific order or promotion. Shipping charges may vary based on destination, package weight, package size, carrier availability, and order contents. The shipping amount is confirmed before payment.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. If we become unable to ship within the timeframe promised for an accepted and paid order, we will handle the delay and any cancellation or refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
13. Customer Information and Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment or carrier processing has begun.
14. Order Changes and Cancellation
Before payment, you may request cancellation of an order request by contacting us. After payment, cancellation may be possible only if processing or shipment has not progressed too far to stop the order. If an order has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy generally applies.
LA BESONTO may decline, limit, or cancel an order request when products are unavailable, information cannot be verified, pricing or product data contains a material error, the request appears fraudulent or abusive, shipping is unavailable, or fulfillment would violate law or policy. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged items, wrong items, defective items, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain opened consumable products may not be returnable for ordinary change-of-mind reasons because opening can affect resale, contamination control, or product integrity.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may be subject to additional stated terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, or eligibility requirements. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
17. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content for publication, you represent that the content reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, private, or abusive material.
We may moderate, decline, or remove submitted content for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, irrelevant content, privacy concerns, unlawful material, spam, or violations of these Terms. We do not promise that every submitted review will be published.
