Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, non-returnable opened consumables, damaged or incorrect items, return shipping, inspections, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a standard return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can review eligibility and provide return instructions.
2. Standard Return Eligibility
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the item should generally be:
- unused;
- unopened;
- complete with original parts, inserts, accessories, and packaging;
- free from customer-caused damage, markings, contamination, alteration, or misuse;
- in a condition reasonably suitable for resale.
3. Opened Consumables
Because printer and office consumables can become non-resalable or difficult to verify after opening, the following products are generally not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns once opened or used:
- ink cartridges;
- toner cartridges;
- printer ribbons;
- label rolls and thermal media;
- opened labels or shipping-label media;
- opened maintenance consumables;
- other sealed consumable items when the seal or retail packaging has been materially opened.
This restriction does not eliminate rights that may apply to a verified defective, damaged, materially incorrect, or otherwise legally nonconforming item.
4. Paper and Laminating Products
Paper, photo paper, laminating pouches, and similar media should be returned unopened and protected from moisture, bending, contamination, or other damage. Partial packs or opened packs are generally not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law or approved because of a verified product problem.
5. How to Request a Return
Email contact@labesonto.com and include:
- your name and contact email;
- order number or other order reference;
- product name and quantity;
- reason for the return;
- photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if packaging condition is relevant.
Do not ship a return to the business address without first receiving return instructions. The appropriate return destination may differ depending on the product and fulfillment source.
6. Return Authorization and Instructions
After reviewing the request, we will provide instructions for an eligible return. A return request is not complete until the customer follows the provided instructions and the returned merchandise is received and inspected when inspection is required.
7. Customer-Choice Returns
If the correct item was supplied and the customer simply changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, ordered an incompatible product without seeking confirmation, or no longer wants the item, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Incorrect Compatibility Selection
Customers should verify the exact printer or equipment model before ordering cartridges, toner, ribbons, labels, thermal media, or other compatibility-sensitive products. If LA BESONTO supplied the item that the customer requested and the item is not defective, ordinary return conditions apply.
If we specifically confirmed compatibility in writing based on accurate model information supplied by the customer and then supplied a materially incompatible item, contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed.
9. Wrong Item Sent by LA BESONTO
If LA BESONTO sends a materially different item from the confirmed order, contact us promptly. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, return label, or refund without requiring the customer to bear return shipping for our verified fulfillment error.
10. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 5 business days of delivery. Keep the item and packaging while the claim is reviewed. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.
The prompt-notice request helps preserve evidence for carrier and fulfillment claims and does not waive any legal right that cannot be waived.
11. Defective Items
If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with a description of the problem and relevant photos or other reasonable supporting information. Depending on the product, resolution may involve troubleshooting, replacement, return, refund, or a manufacturer warranty process.
12. Return Packaging
Customers are responsible for packaging standard returns securely to prevent damage in transit. When possible, use the original protective packaging and an appropriate outer shipping box. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect refund eligibility to the extent permitted by law.
13. Return Shipping
For customer-choice returns, return shipping is generally paid by the customer. For a verified wrong item, qualifying damage, or other error attributable to LA BESONTO, we will determine an appropriate shipping remedy after reviewing the claim.
14. Inspection
Returned merchandise may be inspected to confirm identity, quantity, condition, packaging, and eligibility. If a purported unopened return has been used, materially altered, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or is missing significant components, we may deny or reduce the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when practicable. If the original method cannot be used, we will communicate an alternative lawful refund method.
16. Refund Timing
After an eligible return is received and approved, LA BESONTO generally aims to process the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears in your account.
17. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for ordinary customer-choice returns. When a return results from a verified LA BESONTO fulfillment error, damaged shipment, or another circumstance for which applicable law requires reimbursement, shipping charges will be handled accordingly.
18. Exchanges
Because availability can change and many products are compatibility-sensitive, exchanges may be handled as a return plus a new confirmed order. Contact us before returning anything if you want a replacement or different product.
19. Order Cancellations Before Payment
An Order Request may generally be cancelled before payment by contacting LA BESONTO. Because no payment has been collected at the request stage, cancellation is usually straightforward if the transaction has not progressed.
20. Order Cancellations After Payment
After payment, contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We will attempt to stop processing when reasonably possible. If the order has already been shipped or can no longer be stopped, the return provisions of this policy apply.
21. Orders We Cannot Fulfill
If LA BESONTO accepts payment but later determines that an item cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer regarding available options and issue an appropriate refund for unfulfilled merchandise when required.
22. Abuse and Fraud
We may refuse return requests involving suspected return fraud, product substitution, false claims, abusive conduct, or other misuse, subject to applicable law. We may request reasonable information necessary to investigate a claim.
23. Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer-protection right, warranty, refund right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
